Earn 12% commission on eligible, approved sales under your accepted Collabs offer. The current offer covers any product and includes no customer discount. Your accepted offer and its existing eligibility, attribution, exclusions and commission-review terms govern. No purchase is required to join. There is no guaranteed posting fee.
Written approval before every promotional post
Before publishing any Iron Oak promotional content, email your final draft and caption to johnny@ironoaktx.com for Johnny’s written approval. This applies to every promotional video, story, image and caption, including affiliate promotions. We review product accuracy, disclosures and brand presentation while preserving your honest opinion. Approval does not require a positive opinion or fabricated endorsement.
Send the draft or an accessible viewing link, caption, planned channel and creator handle. You may send an idea first for optional guidance. Concept approval does not replace final-content approval. Wait for written approval before posting. Material changes require review again. Silence is not approval.
Accepting an invitation joins the program; it does not authorize posting. Content review is a manual email process, separate from commissions. It is not an automated posting block or payment gate and adds no commission forfeiture or new payment conditions.
Acknowledge the rules
After joining, email Johnny: “I have read the creator rules and understand that each Iron Oak promotional post requires written approval before publishing.” Acknowledgment is recorded when received, separately from offer acceptance. After your approved post goes live, send Johnny the live URL.
Accurate content and clear disclosures
- Never claim you wore, received, ordered or tried a product unless true. Before owning a product, discuss appearance, styling, preferences and verified facts without claiming firsthand experience.
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in the content and caption as appropriate. Platform labels supplement disclosure. Make it easy to notice and understand.
- Check current prices, offers, stock and product facts before making claims. Do not invent sales figures or make unsupported bestseller claims.
- Use your own verified Collabs affiliate link or code from your accepted offer.
- Use music and other materials you have permission to use.
Samples and future opportunities
Sample requests are welcome, but samples are not included or guaranteed. There is no automatic seeding at invitation or acceptance. Seeding is usually considered after the first approved affiliate sale, alongside content quality, audience fit and follow-through. A sale triggers consideration, not an entitlement to a shirt.
Earlier exceptions may be considered for standout content, demonstrated audience fit or a specific campaign need. Every gift requires separate internal approval. You do not need to buy a product to participate or earn consideration.
Higher commission tiers may be available through individual review, without a promised higher rate or threshold. Paid deliverables and paid-advertising usage rights require separate agreements. Joining does not automatically grant Iron Oak paid-advertising rights to your content or likeness.
If optional creative assets are approved in the future, creators will not be required to use them.
