RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Starting a return or exchange

Return/Exchange Cost

Free Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or product.

Free Return Shipping:
We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a refund it must be:

  • Returned within 90 days of the original purchase date
  • Unwashed, unworn, and in new condition
  • Returned in the original poly mailer - using other packaging may result in higher shipping costs at the customers expense

Third-Party Purchases

Returns and exchanges for items purchased outside of the Iron Oak online store or in-person events cannot be processed through us. Please reach out to the original retailer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged item, you can still process the exchange by clicking here, or if you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ironoaktx.com.

SHIPPING

ESTIMATED Order Fulfillment

All orders ship SAME DAY or NEXT DAY, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of the United States.
