Want to make sure that special gift is here for the holidays? To ensure you receive your package by Christmas, we strongly recommend the following shipping methods and deadlines:

Free Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or product.

Free Return Shipping:
We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’ve extended our return window to 90 days for purchases made during the holiday season, giving you extra time to shop with confidence.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. Whenever possible, please return them in the original poly mailer. Using other packaging may result in higher shipping costs, which the customer will be responsible for covering.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Loop Returns Portal for a seamless process.
